SGHC may directly collect your name, address, phone number, and email address. Your email address and phone number may be used to contact you in relation to services you have requested or purchased, or to share information we feel may be beneficial to you. If you do not want to receive such informational materials, you are always given the option to unsubscribe from such communications.

Your email address and/or phone number will be collected, but not stored on the Site. Instead, your contact information will be kept in the contact database or devices of SGHC and its personnel. SGHC WILL NEVER SELL OR LICENSE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU.

We may share your information if we believe in food faith that disclosure of your information is required to protect your safety or the safety of others, to investigate a fraud on SGHC, in response to a lawful request from law enforcement or other government authority, including a proper court order or subpoena, and as otherwise required by law.

DO NOT TRACK.

SGHC currently does not recognize nor respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals, as the industry is still developing standards and there is no commonly accepted standard on how to respond or address such signals.

GOVERNING LAW.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. The parties agree irrevocably to submit all claims relating to this Policy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent federal or state court in Los Angeles County, California. If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first resolve the dispute through binding arbitration to take place in Los Angeles County, California.
